Service Use and Client Agreement Policy

Welcome to Black3000. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, campaigns, and all interactions with Black3000 (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

Our services are designed exclusively for one contractor per niche, per city. You agree to use our services solely for your business and in compliance with all applicable laws.

• No resale or transfer of leads, jobs, or campaigns to third parties
• No misuse of provided marketing materials, landing pages, or automation flows

2. Exclusivity

We work with only one contractor per niche in each city. If your city and niche are approved, you will hold exclusive rights for as long as your agreement is active and in good standing.

3. Service Delivery

We generate booked jobs, not just leads. Our service includes running paid media campaigns, automating follow-up, and routing confirmed appointments directly to your calendar.

All service delivery timelines (including “First Job in 14 Days” guarantees) are based on client compliance with onboarding requirements and ad budget commitments.

4. Payments and Fees

Our pricing model may include a fixed monthly fee and/or a percentage of revenue from jobs generated through our system. Unless otherwise specified:

• Monthly fees are due in advance
• Percentage commissions are invoiced based on agreed tracking methods
• Late payments may result in paused campaigns or loss of exclusivity

5. Ad Spend

The daily ad spend (e.g., $30/day unless otherwise agreed) is separate from the service fee and is paid directly to the advertising platforms by the client.

6. Cancellation and Termination

To cancel services, written notice is required at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, breach of terms, or conduct that damages Black3000’s reputation.

7. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, landing pages, copy, and automation flows provided by Black3000 remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. After 90 days of active service, certain assets may be transferred as agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee a specific number of jobs or revenue, as results depend on market conditions, client responsiveness, and ad performance. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the month of the claim.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Answering or returning customer calls within the agreed SLA (e.g., under 5 minutes during business hours)
• Providing accurate business information and licensing details
• Maintaining quality of service to customers generated through Black3000

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Orlando, Florida - US.
